CONSULTATION
Schedule your online or in-person consultation with Capable Group’s interior designer to discuss your renovation ideas. Our interior renovation planning process is personalized and meticulous, to source the best materials for all jobs.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
During the consultation, the project manager will provide you with a detailed quote that includes all aspects of your project (materials, labour, permits etc.) Our free quotes are accurate and detailed so you know what you’re getting into!

PRESENTATION MEETING
We provide our clients with face-to-face presentations to make sure their vision comes across clearly. We want our customers to be 100% happy with their design plans before we start construction.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Once the final specs have been approved, our professional draftspersons will generate final construction drawings (plans, section and elevation) to be used by your contractor for the renovation.

FINAL DESIGN PLANS
Our free interior design consultations are customized to suit each client’s specific needs. We can help you with everything from flooring materials and electrical outlets to plumbing fixtures and cabinet selection. Our professionals will guide you through the entire renovation process from start to finish.

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
Once the plans have been approved, we create a detailed schedule of work that lists all aspects of the project including material delivery dates, deadlines etc. All aspects of the renovation are completed per schedule so that management is made easy for you during construction.

HOME COMPLETION
Once construction has been completed, your new-look home awaits a fresh new look. Once construction has been completed, we follow up with you to ensure your 100% customer satisfaction. We want every customer who walks through the door of their newly renovated home to be excited about it!
